Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client program execution, including developing operational plans and strategies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate program plans, performance updates, and key metrics
  • Analyze reporting and metrics to provide insights and manage multiple chart review projects
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a client service delivery or client-facing operational role
  • 3+ years of experience in coding, retrievals, submissions, or chart review programs
  • 3+ years of experience in gathering and documenting client requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
