Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Director to lead Amazon marketplace strategies for Enterprise-level accounts while managing a team of Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior point of contact for Enterprise-level accounts, building trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon strategies, including retail operations and advertising
- Manage and mentor the Account Management team, ensuring quality oversight and strategic alignment
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing Amazon scopes for client portfolios
- 7+ years of experience in eCommerce media planning
- 5+ years of direct experience in Full-Service Amazon and Amazon Advertising
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
- Experience in managing financial reporting and P&L/account level resourcing
