Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Executive IV responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen strategic client relationships by overseeing day-to-day servicing needs and coordinating client initiatives
- Serve as the main operational point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and resolution of service-related issues
- Develop and deliver updates to senior leadership and clients while mentoring and coaching team members
Required Qualifications
- Seven (7) years of experience in client relationship or servicing within the financial services industry
- Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer success
- Project management experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a combination of education and relevant experience
