Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Executive IV to manage client relationships and oversee service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall servicing relationship of assigned clients and coordinate service requests
  • Strengthen strategic client relationships and ensure day-to-day servicing needs are met
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Seven (7) years of experience in client relationship or servicing within the financial services industry
  • Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer success
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience required
