Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Executive IV to manage client relationships and oversee service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall servicing relationship of assigned clients and coordinate service requests
- Strengthen strategic client relationships and ensure day-to-day servicing needs are met
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Seven (7) years of experience in client relationship or servicing within the financial services industry
- Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer success
- Project Management experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience required
