Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Liaison I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Client Service Representatives and handle client matters and inquiries
  • Communicate with providers and facilities to assist members and clients with timely responses
  • Assist with renewals and act as a point of contact for inquiries from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of Medical Claims experience
  • Claim processing experience is a plus
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a high-paced environment
