Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure outstanding service delivery to assigned clients
- Interact directly with clients, develop client-specific procedures, and oversee equity plan administration
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and cross-functional team members
Qualifications:
- CEP Certification or willingness to pursue
- 3+ years of customer service-related experience with corporate clients
- High proficiency in Microsoft products, ability to work collaboratively, and implement process improvements
- Knowledge of equity compensation taxation, accounting rules, and compliance regulations
- B.S. or B.A. in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related studies
