Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure outstanding service delivery to assigned clients
  • Interact directly with clients, develop client-specific procedures, and oversee equity plan administration
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and cross-functional team members

Qualifications:
  • CEP Certification or willingness to pursue
  • 3+ years of customer service-related experience with corporate clients
  • High proficiency in Microsoft products, ability to work collaboratively, and implement process improvements
  • Knowledge of equity compensation taxation, accounting rules, and compliance regulations
  • B.S. or B.A. in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related studies
