Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Tech Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dedicated categories item review and placement in the Unify/UDB platform
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients regarding service-related requests or issues
- Assist clients by providing report creation and editing services while ensuring timely quality deliverables
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests
- Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or data platforms like Unify, UDB, or Genius Script is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly MS Excel
