Client Service Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEP/PEP Client Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide client assistance and customer service for day-to-day issues
• Build and maintain proactive relationships with assigned clients to ensure retention
• Collaborate with plan sponsors, brokers, and third-party vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 3+ years of experience in the retirement services sector
• Proven relationship management experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Solid MS Office skills, including Excel
