Client Service Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Manager- Select Commercial P&C.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a book of business by leading renewals, analyzing client exposures, and delivering customized insurance solutions
• Lead and develop a high-performing service team by setting expectations, coaching, and ensuring consistent client service
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance by monitoring service levels, partnering cross-functionally, and proactively identifying risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, operations, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in P&C with a carrier, broker, or consulting firm
• Strong history of client service
• Experience leading and implementing new P&C processes is preferred
