Job Summary
Managing multiple client service programs, the full-time Client Service Manager - Casualty Claims will maintain key relationships, oversee program procedures, and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client renewal and Client Service Instruction preparation for assigned clients
- Coordinate client invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up
- Act as the primary client contact, focusing on maintaining and improving overall customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Supervisory experience is required
