Job Summary

Managing multiple client service programs, the full-time Client Service Manager - Casualty Claims will maintain key relationships, oversee program procedures, and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform client renewal and Client Service Instruction preparation for assigned clients
  • Coordinate client invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up
  • Act as the primary client contact, focusing on maintaining and improving overall customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Supervisory experience is required
