Job Summary

Client Service Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, fully remote position responsible for preparing new client onboardings, processing account applications, and maintaining client data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for new client onboardings by handling disclosures, workflows, and documentation
  • Respond to client requests accurately and assist Advisors with meeting preparations
  • Maintain and update client data in the CRM and set high standards for client interactions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
  • Proficient with technology and third-party software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience with custodians and software such as Charles Schwab or Fidelity is a plus
