Job Summary

Client Service Operations Associate is a full-time, permanently remote position responsible for providing excellent client service and executing back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy
• Assist Advisor with client meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
• Process account opening applications and monitor custodian alerts

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of financial services experience
• Prior remote working experience
• Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work well with one advisor in a small team
• Experience with 3rd party software
