Client Service Professional

Job Summary

Providing post-sales customer contact for inbound order fulfillment, the full-time Client Service Professional will manage client inquiries, execute print and kitting orders, and ensure accurate order processing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead service professional, participating in client meetings and business reviews
• Respond to client inquiries and manage customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and accurate information delivery
• Translate customer requirements into detailed manufacturing instructions and maintain client inventory item management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant administrative or operational support experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and related functional areas
• Advanced proficiency in technology, including MS Office or MAC software programs
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Experience in providing oversight and training to junior staff members
