Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between clients/brokers and internal departments
  • Deliver client complaints to relevant departments and provide follow-up on claim issues
  • Facilitate the renewal of existing cases and improve internal processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of Medical Claims experience required
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office applications required
  • Experience with web-based applications required
  • Claim processing experience is a plus
