Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between clients/brokers and internal departments
- Deliver client complaints to relevant departments and provide follow-up on claim issues
- Facilitate the renewal of existing cases and improve internal processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of Medical Claims experience required
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office applications required
- Experience with web-based applications required
- Claim processing experience is a plus
