Client Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan pipelines and provide client support to ensure loans are cleared-to-close within expected turn-times
• Work directly with clients for training and daily support regarding loan delivery
• Serve as the primary contact for Brokers, Correspondents, and Account Executives (AEs)

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Fundamental understanding of loan program products, services, and policies
• Knowledge of mortgage banking industry
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Calyx Point and Ellie Mae
• Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office and Internet browsers
