Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative - Newborn Screening & Genomics (US-REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 telephone support to external clients
Develop understanding of Newborn Screening programs and Genomics services to assist in resolving client issues
Respond to general requests regarding specimen requirements and maintain client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 0-2+ years of experience in a customer-focused support role, or
Associate degree and 2-4+ years of experience in a customer-focused support role, or
High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience in a customer-focused support role
