Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients to address inquiries and complaints
- Provide product training and customer education while ensuring a high level of service
- Manage daily workflows and respond to client inquiries within 24 hours
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Previous experience in a call center or high-volume phone environment
- General understanding of medical laboratory workflows and terminology
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
