Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide product training and customer education while ensuring a high level of service
  • Manage daily workflows and respond to client inquiries within 24 hours
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Previous experience in a call center or high-volume phone environment
  • General understanding of medical laboratory workflows and terminology
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
