Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients to address inquiries and complaints
- Provide product training and additional customer education while ensuring timely responses to client inquiries
- Manage daily workflows and perform administrative support to ensure HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
- General understanding of medical laboratory workflows and terminology
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack)
