Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to provide direct support to external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage help desk ticketing and claim review/analysis queues
  • Conduct regular calls with clients to discuss open issues and manage expectations
  • Respond to client issues in a timely manner and manage ad hoc training requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of experience in client management and/or support, preferably in healthcare
  • Healthcare experience with a focus on revenue cycle
  • Experience working independently and in team settings
  • Computer knowledge, specifically MS Office with an emphasis on intermediate Excel skills
