Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to provide direct support to external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage help desk ticketing and claim review/analysis queues
- Conduct regular calls with clients to discuss open issues and manage expectations
- Respond to client issues in a timely manner and manage ad hoc training requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of experience in client management and/or support, preferably in healthcare
- Healthcare experience with a focus on revenue cycle
- Experience working independently and in team settings
- Computer knowledge, specifically MS Office with an emphasis on intermediate Excel skills
