Key Responsibilities

• Supports real estate transactions by assisting customers with inquiries and providing high-level customer service
• Manages employees engaged in client management and implements strategies to build client relationships
• Develops departmental policies and procedures to enhance customer service and anticipates client needs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
• Understanding of federal and state appraisal laws and USPAP guidelines
• Ability to communicate moderately complex information within the team
• Experience in managing own workload with limited supervision
