Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Field incoming emails and phone calls from prospective and existing clients regarding pricing, billing, and product information
  • Manage membership applications and account setup, transitioning clients to the Sales Development Representative
  • Collaborate with colleagues on client interactions and ensure proper follow-up using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • BA/BS degree or international equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com preferred
