Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Field incoming emails and phone calls from prospective and existing clients regarding pricing, billing, and product information
- Manage membership applications and account setup, transitioning clients to the Sales Development Representative
- Collaborate with colleagues on client interactions and ensure proper follow-up using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
- BA/BS degree or international equivalent preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com preferred
