Client Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to provide high-level service to clients through brokers and HR representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients/brokers and company executives regarding claims
• Communicate with clients and brokers to resolve claim issues and improve internal processes
• Maintain records of member interactions and provide proactive outreach for service feedback

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 or more years of medical claims experience required
• Customer service experience required
• Knowledge of medical benefit insurance preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
