Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding support and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and portal requests
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to the team manager
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with internal departments to resolve client needs
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a client service or customer support role
  • Ability to work PST hours (8am - 5pm PT)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams for client resolution
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for client experience enhancement
