Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative who will provide excellent client service to members and act as the main point of contact for inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between clients/brokers and internal departments regarding benefit plans
- Deliver client complaints to relevant departments and follow up on claim issues
- Foster relationships with internal teams and assist in the renewal of existing cases
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of Medical Claims experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications is required
- Experience with RIMS Claim Processing System preferred
- Experience with web-based applications required
