Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative who will provide excellent client service to members and act as the main point of contact for inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between clients/brokers and internal departments regarding benefit plans
  • Deliver client complaints to relevant departments and follow up on claim issues
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and assist in the renewal of existing cases
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of Medical Claims experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Experience with RIMS Claim Processing System preferred
  • Experience with web-based applications required
