Job Summary

Providing exceptional client service in a fully remote environment, the full-time Client Service Representative will manage inquiries from clients and brokers, ensuring timely resolution of issues while fostering relationships with internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between clients/brokers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and complaints
  • Communicate claim issue resolutions and provide updates on industry-related information to clients and brokers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and facilitate the renewal of existing cases
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of Medical Claims experience is required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with web-based applications is required
  • Familiarity with RIMS Claim Processing System is preferred
