Job Summary
Providing exceptional client service, the full-time Client Service Representative will manage inquiries and issues for Allied members while working remotely, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between clients/brokers and internal departments to address benefit plan inquiries
- Deliver client complaints to relevant departments and follow up on claim issue resolutions
- Foster relationships with internal teams and assist Account Managers as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of Medical Claims experience is required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
- Experience with web-based applications is required
- Claim processing experience is a plus
