Job Summary

Seeking a remote Client Service Representative, the full-time position will manage client inquiries and complaints, provide product training, and ensure a world-class customer experience while working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries and complaints via phone and email
  • Qualify and establish new customer accounts while providing education on products and services
  • Manage daily workflows and assist in resolving order submission errors to ensure timely completion of tasks
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 or more years of experience in a customer service role
  • 1 or more years of experience in a contact center or call center environment
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or laboratory test ordering systems
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
