Job Summary

Seeking a remote Client Service Representative, the full-time position will manage client inquiries and complaints, provide product training, and ensure a world-class customer experience while working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Pacific.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints via phone and email
  • Research complex issues using multiple databases and provide timely responses to client inquiries within 24 hours
  • Participate in continuous development through training and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or call center environment
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or laboratory test ordering systems
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
