Job Summary
Seeking a remote Client Service Representative, the full-time position will manage client inquiries and complaints, provide product training, and ensure a world-class customer experience while working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Pacific.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints via phone and email
- Research complex issues using multiple databases and provide timely responses to client inquiries within 24 hours
- Participate in continuous development through training and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or call center environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology or laboratory test ordering systems
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
