Client Service Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Client Service Representative will manage incoming client inquiries, triage specialized questions, and build sustainable relationships with client accounts while working full-time from 8 am to 5 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Managing incoming client calls to identify and assess needs for satisfaction
• Triage specialized questions to the appropriate department and resolve routine account management matters
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients through effective communication

Required qualifications

• Urology experience highly preferred
• College experience preferred
• Account/Client Management experience preferred
• General computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
