Client Service Representative

Job Summary

To support customer inquiries, the full-time Client Service Representative will answer and resolve telephone requests in a remote environment, ensuring prompt and courteous service while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and complaints using professional etiquette
• Perform research and troubleshoot inquiries, following up with customers on unresolved issues
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Required qualifications:

• One year of experience in a similar customer service role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of medical and laboratory terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Salesforce and Five9
