Job Summary

To support a major growth phase, the contract Client Service Representative - Financial Services will serve as the primary contact for financial advisors and clients, managing account inquiries and transactions while initially undergoing onsite training before transitioning to a fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for advisors and clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with account inquiries, transactions, money movement, and account transfers
• Research and resolve issues accurately using multiple systems and tools

Required qualifications

• Experience in financial services, banking, call center, client service, or operations is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with professionalism in every interaction
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment
• Reliability and a genuine interest in growing with the firm
• Comfort learning new systems and technology
