Job Summary

Supporting a major period of growth for a leading financial services firm, the contract Client Service Representative - Financial Services will serve as the primary contact for financial advisors and clients, handling account inquiries and transactions while working onsite for training and then fully remote.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for advisors and clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with account inquiries, transactions, money movement, and account transfers
  • Research and resolve issues accurately using multiple systems and tools
Required qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, banking, call center, client service, or operations is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with professionalism and patience
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment
  • Comfort with learning new systems and technology
  • Reliability and a genuine interest in growing with the firm
