Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and technical support while ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for operational deliverables, guiding internal customers on quality management methodologies
- Analyze quality metrics and facilitate calibration sessions to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in quality review, client service, or related functions
- Experience with Life, Disability, and Accident insurance products
- Strong understanding of compliance, legal, and complex business processes
- Demonstrated coaching, training, and facilitation skills
