Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist (PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in using the suite of Lending Solutions products by troubleshooting errors and advising on features
• Provide education and assistance on product functionality and technical architecture
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, managing feedback and requests appropriately

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is a plus
• Basic knowledge of database administration (i.e. SQL Server, Postgres)
• Exposure to the financial industry, banking, lending, commercial real estate, and/or capital markets is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and eagerness to grow within a dynamic team
• Superb analytical skills and persistence in technical troubleshooting
