Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist- Brokerage Premier.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients on behalf of advisors for portfolio reviews and financial planning discussions
• Interact with advisors regarding current clients and troubleshoot client issues with the Financial Dashboard
• Record client interactions within customer relationship management software

Required Qualifications

• Experience in proactive outbound calling
• Experience with customer service and relationship management
• Proven ability to maintain regulatory-driven policies and procedures
• Possesses a clean U4 record
• Bachelor's degree with a Personal Financial Planning concentration is preferred
