Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist (PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide conceptual solutions and in-depth education on product features to clients
• Support clients on the use of industry-leading credit risk products through various communication channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide feedback on product functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is a plus
• Basic knowledge of database administration (i.e., SQL Server, Postgres)
• Exposure to the financial industry, banking, lending, or capital markets is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and eagerness to grow within a dynamic team
• Superb analytical skills, particularly in technical troubleshooting
