Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist - Remote (PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide renewal operational support to the client retention team
• Analyze group benefit plans and propose alternative options to clients
• Maintain client database and handle renewal lifecycle activities

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• 2+ years of applicable job experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
• Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Health/Life License preferred
