Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist with some SQL experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting platform errors and advising clients on product usage
• Providing education and assistance on product features and functionality
• Communicating with clients and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is a plus
• Basic knowledge of database administration (i.e. SQL Server, Postgres)
• Experience in the financial industry, banking, lending, or capital markets is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation
• Eagerness to grow and excel in a dynamic team environment
