Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist: Lending Solutions with some SQL experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot platform errors, configuration, and data issues while advising clients on product usage
• Provide in-depth education and assistance on product features and technical architecture
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely support and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is a plus
• Basic knowledge of database administration (i.e. SQL Server, Postgres)
• Experience in the financial industry, banking, lending, or capital markets is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and eagerness to grow within a dynamic team
• Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and willingness to learn
