Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist to ensure effective day-to-day operations and delivery of quality financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare new account openings and engagement letters
• Facilitate client onboarding and monitor progress of account openings and transfers
• Research and resolve client issues while preparing regular reports for the department

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience and/or coursework in accounting and/or operations
• Experience in the securities or banking industry (preferred)
• Knowledge of database management and account reconciliations
• Familiarity with Orion and Redtail software
