Job Summary
Handling routine client requests, the full-time Client Service Specialist will manage inquiries related to enrollment, eligibility, and claims review while collaborating with internal departments and utilizing various systems, all in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Handle routine client requests via phone and email, including enrollment, eligibility, and claims review
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper issue resolution and follow-up
- Utilize various internal systems to manage client requests and complete special projects as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
- 2+ years of experience in FSA/HSA product administration
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
