Job Summary
Telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S., the part-time Client Service Specialist will manage routine client requests via phone and email, collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution, and utilize various internal systems to address client needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle routine client requests including enrollment, eligibility, claims review, and reporting requests
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper handoffs and follow-ups on research issues
- Utilize internal systems to manage client requests and assist with special projects as needed
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
- 2+ years of experience in FSA/HSA product administration
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
