Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle renewal lifecycle activities, including initiating process workflows, handling client audit notifications, and conducting account activity research
  • Review client benefits, evaluate renewal plan premiums, and propose alternative benefit options to clients
  • Procure group renewals by identifying the need for renewal documents, drafting renewal requests, and communicating effectively with external partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of internal resources
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Current life and health insurance license required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
