Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle renewal lifecycle activities, including initiating process workflows, handling client audit notifications, and conducting account activity research
- Review client benefits, evaluate renewal plan premiums, and propose alternative benefit options to clients
- Procure group renewals by identifying the need for renewal documents, drafting renewal requests, and communicating effectively with external partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of internal resources
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Current life and health insurance license required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
