Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drives and implements continuous improvement ideas for customer service activities
• Communicates with plan sponsors and their representatives about the administration of retirement plans
• Serves as point-of-contact for plan sponsors, administrators, and investment professionals

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalency
• FINRA Series 6 license required
• Three to five years of financial services industry experience
• Basic knowledge of retirement plans
• Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to business issues
