Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls from financial institution partners, answering questions and resolving issues
  • Provide operational servicing support and issue resolution as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Identify and provide level 1 technical support to resolve issues before escalating
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of consistent experience working in the financial services/banking field interacting with clients
  • Experience working on multiple programs/platforms simultaneously
  • Experience in a call center environment or remote (work from home) office experience strongly preferred
  • Quiet and secure working environment to manage a consistent flow of calls and client interaction
  • Ability to connect to the Internet with specified speed requirements
