Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Supervisor to drive client success through strategic oversight of client strategy, project management, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals

• Lead the development and distribution of engaging content across various digital marketing platforms

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in client services, digital marketing, project management, or account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in using project management platforms, preferably Adobe Workfront
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively
