Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor care plans, ensuring quality care for clients
• Assign homecare aides based on client needs and provide coaching to caregivers
• Maintain client records, handle complaints, and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Experience in Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare preferred
• Other state or local requirements as applicable
