Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Support III.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond accurately to customer inquiries over the phone or email
  • Facilitate clients through the sample to report process
  • Address client questions, feedback, and order delays promptly

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in a client-facing role
  • High emotional intelligence and active listening skills
  • Experience with Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications
  • Industry experience in biotech, life sciences, and/or health care is a plus
  • Experience with reporting in Salesforce or Tableau is a plus
