Job Summary
A marketing company is seeking a Client Services Account Director.
Position Responsibilities:
- Guide the team through best practices in growth marketing, client excellence, analytics, coaching and leadership, and cross-channel integration
- Review and analyze client contracts, renewals, and KPIs on a regular basis to ensure goals are being met
- Lead teams of highly talented marketers by working closely to optimize their efforts and provide guidance, enforcing pivots when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration and client services, ideally in a digital or media agency
- 5+ years of working in a B2B and B2C lead gen environment (or with clients in these industries) required
- Extensive CRM and Marketing Operations platform experience required (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo); experience with Salesforce and HubSpot specifically preferred
- Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as pipeline generation, closed won deals, return on partnership, LTV:CAC, and deal velocity, among others
- Campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development including strategy, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channel environment
