Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director, Client Services to lead account teams through all aspects of digital strategy and growth marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the team through best practices across paid media, paid search, branding, and traffic and conversion
- Review and analyze client contracts, renewals, and KPIs on a regular basis to ensure goals are being met
- Lead the charge on improving communication and workflow between departments to deliver a holistic marketing plan to clients
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services
- Extensive CRM and Marketing Operations platform experience required
- Understanding of Lead and Opportunity/Deal KPIs, and experience reporting out on different KPIs throughout the customer journey
- Experience in data-driven marketing is critical
- Ability to quickly build rapport and develop relationships with executive-level points of contact
